If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your cloisonné craft kit, please know that we are here to assist you and will do our best to make it right. Please take a moment to review our returns and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized craft kits
- Opened or used kits, including any missing parts or components.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@cloisnova.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returned items, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or another item, please contact us directly, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photographs of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email: support@cloisnova.com. We can process cancellations before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you may return the item under our standard returns policy.
